By accessing or using efty.in (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. EFTY Clothing is operated by Efty, registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

• All prices on efty.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST)
• Product images are representative — slight color variations may occur due to screen calibration and fabric lot differences
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or price without prior notice
• Products are subject to availability — in rare cases of stock discrepancy, we will offer a full refund or alternative
• Sale prices and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders at our discretion
• Payment is processed by Razorpay. By providing payment information you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — a WhatsApp verification may be required for high-value or high-risk-PIN orders
• We reserve the right to block or cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale at scale, or repeated return abuse
• Order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp and email. Keep your contact details updated in your account

• Custom-tailored and bespoke garments are made to your specific measurements and are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable
• A 50% advance payment is required at booking for premium bespoke orders above ₹5,000
• Estimated delivery timelines for tailoring are approximate — subject to fabric availability and complexity
• Minor alterations (±1 inch) may be done free of charge if returned to our store within 7 days of collection
• EFTY is not responsible for measurement errors if measurements were provided by the customer remotely

All content on efty.in — including but not limited to product images, brand logos, typography, design elements, marketing copy, and product descriptions — is the exclusive property of EFTY Clothing and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission
• Unauthorized use of the EFTY brand name, logo, or creative assets is prohibited
• User-generated content (reviews, photos) remains owned by the user but grants EFTY a non-exclusive license to display and promote

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EFTY Clothing shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products
• Delays caused by third-party logistics partners outside our control
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity resulting from website downtime or technical errors
• Actions taken by customers based on information obtained from our website

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing legal action. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
